Marcus LaRon Ward is an actor, former NASA IT Manager. and former U.S. Marine.

Marcus L. Ward enrolled at attended Howard University to study Electrical Engineering and in 1987 and three years later he reported to duty in Saudi Arabia, of the first Operation Desert Storm where he commanded a platoon of 48+ Marines in the Reserves. After the war, he resumed his studies at the University of Maryland College Park as an Electrical Engineering major.
While reflecting on the time that he served as a Marine Sgt. in Saudi Arabia, Marcus decided that life is too short to not pursue one’s passions. Therefore, he began became an Actor would later spent three seasons on the Emmy Award winning HBO show, “VEEP as a Secret Service Agent to the United States Vice President.” In addition, Marcus has appeared on “House of Cards”, “Covert Affairs”, “The Wire”, “Law Abiding Citizen”, “Night At The Museum”, a commercial featuring the Jaguar F-Type and numerous other films and television shows.
While working as an Actor he decided to fulfill his other passion, which is educating people about personal finance, which led Marcus to join Diversified Financial Services as a Financial Consultant followed by Morgan Stanley, prior to joining the Atlanta “Buckhead” office of Wealthcare Financial Group, Inc.
